- Book with Andrew BudgeAndrew Budge began coaching endurance sport athletes in the early 1990s and founded Trysport Strength and Conditioning in 1992. He has helped numerous ultra-endurance athletes achieve first-time finishes, and has coached several national champions, multiple world champions, and Paralympians.

His most cherished coaching moment was watching his wife Terri finish her first Ironman World Championships in Kona (1999) and Terri finishing Hawaii (2005) with all 4 of their children.
Coaching Mark le Flohic to a Road Race Gold Medal at the 2004 Athens Paralympics.
What Andrew loves about coaching is all of the interesting and inspiring clients that he has met, as a result of his job. Particularly those that may have lost some ability and focus on what they can do, not what they have lost. Through her involvement in the community program Count Us In, Sonia’s passion for fitness was reignited, leading her to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Her own journey through recovery, including completing the HBF 4km run after overcoming knee issues, fuels her dedication to helping others overcome their physical challenges and rediscover their strength.

I went from a small to medium/large in shirt size with increased muscle. The hard work was well worth the rewards. I felt great and ready for the day. Andy definitely knows what he is talking about. Couldn't recommend him for pt or the gym anymore highly.
